Shantanu Narain

Shantanu Narain is a Senior Consultant at Legal League Consulting, where he works with law firm partners and founders on the management side of practice. Much of his work sits on the HR side, building handbooks and policies, appraisal and review frameworks, job descriptions and KRAs, compensation structures and progression paths for firms moving from informal arrangements to organised systems. The other half of his work is branding, where he helps firms sharpen their positioning and identity, plan their LinkedIn and content calendars, issue press releases and thought leadership, and present themselves at directories, awards, and industry events in their own voice. A lawyer by training with an MBA from FMS, Delhi, he began his career at EXL before moving into legal-sector consulting. He is based in Delhi NCR and also mentors MBA students from FMS.
