Submission Guidelines

1. Submissions must be in English.
2. Submission must be between 850-1200 words in length.
3. Submissions that exceed 1200 words will not be considered for publication.
4. Submissions are stringently examined for plagiarism and AI use, please use your discretion accordingly.
5. Submissions must include hyperlinks to relevant legal sources and background information, including any judgments, laws, treaties or other legal texts which are mentioned. Hyperlinks must link only to legal or verified news sources. The Editorial Board will make the final decision over what constitutes a verified source. Footnotes should not be used at all.*
6. Submissions should be clear and concise, leaving out excessive jargon and verbiage.
7. Submissions must be fully proofread and must be interesting to read and crisp.
8. Submission should have an informative title from which a reader can tell what the post is about.
9. Submissions should reflect original and unpublished work.
10. If possible, the author(s) should provide an image along with the submission. The image should not be copyright protected and the source of the image should also be provided.
11. The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit and modify the submission, with the prior approval and consent of the author(s).
12. The Editorial Board also reserves the right to accept and reject the subject matter of the submission for the website.
13. Cross-publication of the submitted material on other platforms is not permissible. The URL of the article may be shared on other platforms post-publication.
