He has represented corporates, financial institutions, and individual stakeholders before High Courts, District Courts, the NCLT, and arbitral tribunals. With experience at Fox Mandal, Dhaval Vussonji, and Dhruve Liladhar & Co., Umang has developed a strong practice in complex disputes and insolvency matters. He co-founded Taurus Legal, which later merged with Dhruve Liladhar. At Avyaan Legal, he leads the firm’s litigation, dispute resolution, and insolvency practices with a pragmatic and client-focused approach.
